6th GEICO Translational Conference

The group attended the 6th Translational Conference of the Spanish Gynaecological Cancer Research Group (GEICO), a leading forum dedicated to analysing new horizons and challenges in gynaecological cancer research.

Irene Leonés Baños took part as a speaker in a round-table discussion focusing on non-invasive diagnostic tools and transcriptomics. In her presentation, she discussed the current state of play, the evidence and the challenges involved in studying the cervical and endometrial microbiota within the field of gynaecological oncology.

We congratulate the GEICO organisers on the success of this sixth edition and thank all attendees for the valuable scientific exchange that took place during the conference.
